♡ October Glossybox ♡

みなさん、こんにちは!
It's been a while since I've written a post that didn't have anything to do with films or dramas... so have a nice breaker from it all with this post about Glossybox! As much as I would like to, I myself cannot afford a subscription to this monthly product but my wonderful godmother was kind enough to purchase me a three-month subscription for my birthday - which isn't until next month but she wanted to do it for this month so it could go to December - did that make sense in description wise? I am absolutely stoked with this present and today the postman was wonderful enough to deliver my first box!

As many of you may know; October is the month for Breast Cancer Awareness and for this month's Glossybox - they turned their signature blue box, well pink! To be honest, I was expecting the box to be bigger - I suppose staring endlessly at photographs on their facebook page warps your mind with certain expectations - but with the fact that they only put five products into per box, I can understand the size even more. Also what was cute was putting a sticker with the breast cancer ribbon on the information card:

Having a card with all the information about each product / sample was extremely helpful too! Especially with someone like me who cannot tell the difference between certain brands and what each product is meant to do in your beauty regime etc

And all the products I am pretty chuffed with... well the anti-wrinkle cream I surely don't need yet in my life but it's nice to have it on tap - also I need to keep it away from my mother as she seems to have her beady eyes on it! I cannot wait to try the Sally Hansen nail varnish because when looking at the colour closely it's not a straight up black colour, there seems to be a grey hue to it? Did that make sense? And the blemish lotion will hopefully help get rid of these last pesky teenage spots I have on my chin! Argh!

Does anyone subscribe to Glossybox at all? I do feel it is a great investment to have and I look forward to the day where I can comfortably purchase a subscription from them!

Thanks for reading!
xoxo
